way you don't need to worry
that much anymore
about virusses or
hackers who take advantage
of possible
security holes in the
system. The updates
only count for the
OS and the DirectAdmin
control panel. If you prefer
to hold us responsible for any updates
in the future, we can come to an agreement (custom SLA).

Server Boost has 3 SLA

available. The
SLA Free package is a
standard package and will be
delivered comletetely free
with every server. The SLA
Budget package is for the
small web hoster who would like
to have his site online 24 hours per day
and the SLA Expert package
is for the bigger companies
where the settings are dependant
of their website(s) and/or application(s).
This SLA package is the
highest
Service Level Agreement
we can deliver.
SLA Free
SLA Budget (75% managed)
SLA Budget is meant
for clients whose
website or application has
to be available for 24 hours
a day.
SLA Budget has a service
window of 24x7 and
the response time during
business hours is 3 hours and
outside business hours, 6 hours.
The costs for SLA
Budget are €40 per month
(Invoicing per month or more).
SLA Expert (100% managed)
SLA Expert is meant
for clients who are
completely dependant of the availability
of their websites and/or application(s).
SLA Expert has a service
window of 24x7 and
a response time of 1
hour during business hours and
2 hours outside of business
hours. Your server will be
completely managed by us
and you don't need to worry about
anything.
Your server will also be connected
to a 24x7x365 SMS
monitoring tool
so we can monitor every 5 minutes
whether your server is still online.
If this is not the case, we receive
an SMS and our support will take care
of the rest.
The costs for an SLA
Expert are €50 per month
(Invoicing per month or more).
